ABOUT ME

I have been a personal trainer since June, of 1999. I am certified with Athletics and Fitness Association of America, and I possess current CPR/AED(Adult/Child/Infant) Certification. I believe that it is crucial that one stays mobile as he or she ages, participate in daily active, and perform consistent weight-bearing exercises. I strive to be a conduit for others, I am dedicated to employ an injury prevention approach, and emphasize the need to utilize a functional training approach. My role as a personal trainer, is to assure that my clients obtain their personal fitness goals, via an achievable path, to better physical, physiological and mental health. I am extremely passionate about motivating, and inspiring people to strive for their best.
